This policy outlines all essential information regarding order processing, delivery timelines, carriers used, and what to expect when placing an order with us.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. This includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and dispatching.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) will be processed on the following business day.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

We currently ship to customers in the United States and Australia.

Estimated delivery time:

  • United States: 6 to 20 business days

  • Australia: 6 to 20 business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors (weather, customs, logistics)

  • We will keep you informed of any unusual delays


3. Shipping Carriers Used

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:

  • United States: USPS, FedEx

  • Australia: Australia Post, DHL, or other local carriers

The carrier used depends on your location and the selected shipping method.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer different shipping options depending on your location. All options will be shown during checkout after entering your delivery address.

You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout after entering your delivery address.


5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking details will be sent to your email within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.

Simply enter your order number and Track & Trace number provided in the email to check your delivery status.


6. Shipping Locations

Lamirée currently ships to customers located in:

  • United States

  • Australia

We are working to expand to additional regions soon.


7. Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they are fulfilled from different warehouses. This allows us to deliver your items faster when possible.


8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact us.

  • If the issue is caused by us, we will offer a full refund or reshipment at no extra cost.

  • If the issue is with the carrier, we’ll assist you with the claims process.

9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If the address provided is incorrect:

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address.

  • After shipping: We must wait for the package to be returned. Once received, we can reship the order. The reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to Australia or the United States, any applicable customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (such as GST) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and may be collected upon delivery by the local customs authority.


11. Holiday Shipping Delays

During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing and shipping times may be extended due to high volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.
