RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective for all purchases made on lamiree.com by customers in the United States and Australia

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we offer a flexible return and refund process. This policy outlines the conditions and steps to request a return, exchange, or refund if you're located in either the United States or Australia.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must include all tags, parts, and original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

  • Items missing tags, parts, or packaging


2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards or digital purchases

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling by the customer


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@lamiree.com or fill in the form at https://lamiree.com/pages/contact
    Include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).

  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.

  3. Ship the item to the return address we provide.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1–7 business days.

Important:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Lamirée is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–7 business days after inspection.

Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@lamiree.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will either replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.


7. Exchanges

We currently only allow exchanges for:

  • Items that are defective or incorrect

  • We do not support direct exchanges for size or style.
    To exchange for a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1–3 days of purchase.
After that, your order may have already entered shipping, and cannot be canceled. If your order has already shipped, you may initiate a return after it arrives.


9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
