Shipping

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Free of charge for all customers.
  • Insured Shipping: Available for an additional $8 USD (USA) or $12 AUD (Australia), Includes delivery insurance and added protection for your order.

    You can choose your preferred option during checkout.

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time:

  • USPS (United States)
  • FedEx (United States)
  • Australia Post, DHL(Australia)

The carrier used depends on your location and the selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 20 business days.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location
  • Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors (weather, logistics, etc.)

We will keep you informed of any unusual delays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment’s progress with the carrier.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the United States and Australia. Stay tuned for any updates regarding international shipping.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with the carrier to resolve any delays.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. For full details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return shipping fees.

If your product is damaged, please send an email to support@lamiree.com with pictures of the damage. We will refund the full amount after reviewing the case.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@lamiree.com or fill in the form at https://lamiree.com/pages/contact
    Include your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2–3 business days.
  3. Ship the item to the return address we provide.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 1–7 business days.

Important:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Lamirée is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, and Apple Pay . We ensure all payments are processed securely to protect your personal information.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@lamiree.com with your order details and a photo of the product you received. We will assist you in getting the correct item as quickly as possible.

You can change your order before it has been processed and shipped. To request a change, contact us at support@lamiree.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
